It is standard practice in a professional clinic to charge the full rate of the treatment if you cancel within 24 hours. Sometimes cancelling at short notice cannot be helped - we realise this, so do everything possible to fill the appointment. If we are able to do this, we waive the charge....if we can't, we have to charge the full session price. We do not like charging people for cancellations, it can be awkward, but we would lose too many appointments otherwise.
